Each team put up a 5 run inning. Charleston and Spearmen hit Hrs in the 4th, a 3 run and a 2 run shot. The Stogies answered with a 5 spot in the 5th. Torriente’s 2 run triple was the big blow. In the 6th back to back rbi singles by Bob Meusel and Torriente won it for the Stogies.

Cliff Bell dominated on the mound. He wins his 2nd straight World Series MVP going
2-0 with a 2.00 ERA and a CG shutout in a must win Game 6 for the Stogies.
